Integrating OpenGroupware with other services using BIE (Business Integration Engine) also known as Red Berri. BIE is an XML/BPML workflow and data translation engine useful for automating various types of processes.

Once you exported some data from OGo you can use that data to simulate project access rights so that users of external applications only see projects listed that they would have seen in OGo itself.
