A new theme with enhanced dock

This is an experimental new theme which objective is to enhance navigation between several OpenGroupware applications. Basically is is a redraw of the Dock to allow CSS-only pull-down menus, that jumps directly to tabs and editors.

This is the New Dock theme templates. Install it in share/opengroupware.org-1.1/templates/Themes. Restart OGo to make it effective.
