See the scheduler preferences in the WebUI. There you can select some predefined (mostly german) holidays and define some private (for the current user) holidays.
For global Holidays look at the file $OGORoot/Libraries/Resources/OGoScheduler/Holidays.plist and look for 'here add custom entries'. (If u installed the source look for Holidays.plist in /DocumentAPI/OGoScheduler)
There u can add entries which will appear when u checked 'Custom events' in the Scheduler preferences.
U may want to save a copy of this file, since it may be overwritten if u update the packages/the source.
